Your tapering schedule looks similar to mine, although I crossed from Xanax to valium to go down. And you're off now!!! Congratulations!! Things will be better from here on out and in a year you'll be amazed at how well you're doing.

Thanks so much for the success story.  I myself have decided early on that when I was off the benzo's I would get on with my life and say yes to whatever came my way because my life has been on hold for almost 2 years between tolerance, a c/t and a 6 month taper. You give us all hope that there is life waiting on the other side.
