4th month done, I think I'm in phase 3 more predictable now but the insomnia is brutal. Anybody similar? what are you doing, taking. I don't want another psych drug and melatonin and the like actually give me restless legs. Anybody having success? I'm new to this section. THANKS

I'm not taking anything now, but I am 15 months off.  I'm still having sleep issues but I am improving.  Still not able to take a nap, though.
