when do you take?

Hi guys

 

My sleep is getting disturbed now because of lowering my Ativan dose.

 

My question is when do you take your dose of ativan to sleep?

 

Also if you take melatonin and magnesium to go to sleep?

 

I take it an hour beforr but I think i should start eariler.

 

Any help is really appreciated!

Taking it an hour before bed should get the most of its benefits for sleep.

For me magnesium helped short term, but then seemed to be unhelpful :/

My personal recommendation is to stay clear of any of the supplements and allow your body to get natural sleep. Even a few hours a night of quality sleep is enough to get by.
