Hey guys, I posted over in the other medical interactions forum about what's going on with me currently (in sig, too), but here in just looking for any advice for dealing with this August right now. It's been gone for over a year so I don't remember what to do about it, and I feel like it's crushing me right now. I really just need some kind of advice, or even just to have a conversation to keep me occupied if anyone's still up.
