I had a doctor's appt today with a new doctor to check my ears. I can't stand when they shut the door, especially when there are no windows! I cracked the door which helped a little. But I slowly felt my anxiety level rising. So I Googled  "beautiful scenery", and some of the most beautiful pictures appeared!! I meditated on these lovely pictures on my phone until the doctor appeared, and I did not have a panic attack!!
