Before WD I handled my insomnia better than now. Why?

Even that I am blessed (by now) with relative good sleep I still have insomnia sometimes, but I noticed that before I could go in days of bad sleep and handle that. Now one night of relatively bad sleep is making me extra tired and stressed. Why?

I am looking up to all of you that are going through hard insomnia. :smitten: :smitten: :thumbsup:
