I drew up a schedule based on 1% per day. It came out at a little more than 6 months - will this work for you? Please, print it off. Those titrating should always do this anyway (in case the site is down for any reason), but it is vital if your access is irregular.

That's awesome Colin, it should work great. thank you. I would like to learn your formula one of these days   I'll check in once and a while to let you know how it's working if you like. I think it'll work out good. (fingers crossed)

Hi,

 

The formula is a bit of a monster. It is for an Excel spreadsheet, so it is more than just maths. It needs some tweaking before I can release it. It is mostly there though.
