British research company Mindlab International has studied the influence of music on people. As part of the study, 40 women solved complex stress puzzles to different music. Their blood pressure, heart rate, respiration rate and brain activity were recorded.

As a result, it turned out that the background listening to the song "Weightless" group Marconi Union, the majority of participants in the experiment 65% decreased the level of stress hormone — cortisol. The song was 11% more effective at reducing blood pressure, heart rate, and breathing speed than the works of Mozart, hits by Adele, Coldplay, and Enya.
