[os...] Posted April 5, 2014 Share Posted April 5, 2014 at varying times as I have been under 4 mg Valium equivalent, I literally feel I can barely keep my eyes open after eating and it feels like i just want to sleep, sleep, sleep. I almost feel as if I have been drugged after eating a meal. It's quite nice in some ways... it doesn't happen all the time. It's probably exhaustion from withdrawal. I almost pass out after eating my evening meal sometimes, I actually like that feeling, I can nod off but if I do and then wake up I will get the brain quiver thing for a few minutes, it goes away though and then I am pretty much alert all night. Tonight I think I will sleep somehow, I really feel I need it right now. Earlier night for me... not staying up all night tonight. Sleep is good. I fall asleep in my armchair about 7pm, go to bed at 9pm, fall asleep but wake a couple of hours later and then can't get back to sleep for ages.
