[Jo...]
I was trying to cut some pills this am and they are getting too crumbly. (Ativan the tiny little f-ers.) What do you keep them in to keep them dry? Airtight container, duh, but what kind? Tupperware? Ziploc? Should I put some rice in with them? Any advice welcome! [br...]
Hi Joy, I just keep mine in the bottle they come in when I get them from the pharmacy. I haven't had any issues with moisture absorption.....but it is difficult to cut them...I cut mine in 4ths and they almost never cut exactly in half....I usually end up with 4 sections that are a bit different in size...but not enough to make a difference when I take them......... Best wishes for a smooth taper..... :smitten:
[Di...]
If you keep them in the prescription bottles they should be ok. I don't keep mine in the bathroom cabinet. I keep them in a kitchen cabinet. If you put them in those containers for each day of the week, I have a darker colored one, rather than a white one, so they aren't exposed to as much light.
