Toughing it out

Hi:

 

I have just had a little setback and I need to tough it out.  I reduced my temazepam by half at night the last week and I notice that even though I have gone back to my regular dosing schedule, I am unconscious less at night.  I don't want to touch anything right now so I am holding.  Will the benzo dose come back to baseline if I just tough it out?  I don't think I should reduce anything for a while.  Thanks for the support. I believe God works to bring good out of a bad situation.  He is faithful, even when we are not.
