Sinus issues

5 months out and massive sinus issues. Nose blocked and hard to breath. Heavy mucus build up. Anyone experience this 5 months out.

All I can suggest is to drink lots of water as that will thin the mucus. Are you taking any OTC's for it? I have sinus pain daily, only thing that helps for me is ibuprofen and migraine med when it gets bad.

Me too, Monty. I use Simply Saline & saline sprays often. There is no burn, usually. & no rebound congestion. What a pain, huh?

I have this too. Also breathe right strips help a lot. I use vapo rub a lot and saline solution. It's weird because I never really had sinus issues until now. Hope you get better soon!
