This DP/DR is so strange

It's like I'm trapped under a thick sheet of ice, trying to get to the surface.

 

From what I understand, it is your brain protecting itself.

 

Very weird.

 

I am having some serious OCD, anxiety and DP/DR.  Going to see my shrink on Thursday.  Have no clue what to do -- BUT THIS SUCKS!!!!!!

I've had DR and it's very weird and very scary.
