[he...]
I started taking a new vitamin c. Can it cause extreme anxiety? I haven't been to bad till just these last couple of days. In fact I haven't had this much anxiety since I was in tolerance wd. Is it hitting my adrenals causing the problem? Agggghhh I'm so tired of this. [So...]
Maybe there was something else in it that caused a problem. Check the ingredients. Denise
[Di...]
I found that Vitamin C is a tricky thing. I started using it because it was supposed to help with cortisol, and it worked great for a few weeks. Then all of a sudden the same dose I was taking suddenly began having the opposite effect. If I took more, things got even worse. So my moral to the story is if you feel Vit C is biting you on the ass, stop taking it, or at least reduce the dose you are taking. [te...]
Vitamin C bothered me too. I began taking Ester C & it no longer caused a revving of symptoms.
Guest [Be...]
Vitamin C increased all my symptoms even Ester C. Try and get all your nutrients from good food and be wary that supplements can ramp up withdrawals. I still can't take anything without a reaction so remain completely supplement and drug free at a year off and I am healing.
