Has anbody crossed from Klonopin to Ativan??

Yeah, I know that it is usually the other way around. But, the Klonopin wasn't agreeing with me.

 

I have tried to do half and half, but ran into some trouble.

 

Now I am taking my .50 Ativan every six hours. A small nibble of Klonopin around noon. And about a fourth at night with my Ativan. I have noticed that if I don't take a little bit, my anxiety is kicking up, even on the Ativan. But, only around the times I used to dose the Koonopin.

 

Is this normal? So, continue you to taper the Klonopin every few days? Or only once a week?
