benzo or h.pylori?????

my stomach is killing me what are the symptom of this damn h-pylori

how do I know I do not have this I do not want go to hospital

because they might give me something to make things worse

 

I never vomited just my stomach really tight

Your family doc can do a simple test for h.pylori

 

If you have the bacteria you can get an ulcer, so it is a good idea to check for it. Its not a big deal and since the discovery of h.pylori stomach ulcer treatment has changed to virtually eliminate the problem. Most people with h.pilori get stomach pain.

 

Even if you go to the hospital its not likely they will give you something that makes things worse. If you have the bacteria they will give an antibiotic. Just tell them you cant take cipro or any other fluoroquinolone. They might want to give an acid reducer such as Zantac.
