[ma...] Posted November 30, 2013 Share Posted November 30, 2013 If weak legs are coming from w/d's, does it matter whether we try to push through trying to stand, it is pure agony, or just go ahead and sit? I guess my question is, will it make it worse by not using your legs? You need to keep the blood flowing and the muscles working. it might be hard at first, but should get easier as the days pass by. When I had a few pains in the legs, I just tried to get some excercise to help out with the mental part. You can do this, okay.
