Different symptoms in long term tampering

Hi all,

 

I've been in Xanax for 7 years.

 

I'm currently trying to reduce from 1 mg pill.

 

Despite of keeping some symptoms that remained since the beginning such:

.sleepy

.having some break downs during the day

 

others have left:

.being anxious in large place

.feeling weird left arm

 

others arrived:

.after work finding hard to think properly. recover in some hours usually

.dyslexic

.harder to expose clean and clear thoughts

 

I just hope these new symptoms are not related to something else..

What do you think?

 

xanax historic:

3 years: 1.5 mg regular xanax of short duration (3x0.5mg day)

2 years: 2 mg  regular xanax of short duration (4x0.5 mg day, when started to work)

1 year:  2 mg xanax XR long duration (only in morning)

1 month: 1.75 mg xanax XR long duration ( starting to cut a 0.5 mg pill)

3 month: 1.5 mg xanax XR long duration

2 month: 1.25 (1 mg morning xanax XR long duration + 0.125 normal xanax in morning and afternoon)

6 month: 1 mg xanax XR long duration
