Does anybody have panic attacks or food reactions where they violently shake?

Just wondering, this happened the other night for the first time in a while. I felt pretty good before it. By shaking I dont mean a tremor I mean uncontrollable shaking almost jerking around for s bit. Anyone have panic attacks or food reactions that bad?
