Hey Lee, do you smoke?

Molly :smitten:

WHAT????? NO WAY.  I smoked for a short time when I as younger but gave it up because my husband said I didn't do it properly.  According to him, I didn't do ANYTHING properly.

:) well I guess on that occasion he did you a big favor.  :smitten:

You could try putting an inexpensive humidifier in your home.  I use to have one next to my bed on a night stand while I slept and it helped some.  Also breathing through a cool damp wash cloth gave me some relief.

Sorry your hurting,

Ooooooo.....good idea about the wash cloth!  Thanks.....I'll try it.  I do have a humidifier in the bedroom, but benzo-brain either 1) forgets to fill it, or 2) turn it on.  Duh.

I think any anti-psychotic can cause a withdrawal syndrome/problem too. I sure as heck know mine did.  Took me at least a year or two to feel better but even then I can't help but think there was more lasting problems
