[Fo...]
It doesn't sting for me, but just hurts sometimes. Sometimes it goes away as well. On and off and I'm guess it's all nerve sensitivity.

I smoked for a short time when I as younger but gave it up because my husband said I didn't do it properly. According to him, I didn't do ANYTHING properly. [Co...]
Hello hsj999, Did you read the response from zoner when you first joined this forum? http://www.benzobuddies.org/forum/index.php?topic=66139.msg885883#msg885883 zyprexa is not a benzodiazepine (or z-drug). Do you take, or have you taken, benzodiazepines or z-drugs?
[IG...]
Hey Lee, do you smoke? Molly WHAT?? NO WAY. I smoked for a short time when I as younger but gave it up because my husband said I didn't do it properly. According to him, I didn't do ANYTHING properly. Lee well I guess on that occasion he did you a big favor. You could try putting an inexpensive humidifier in your home. I use to have one next to my bed on a night stand while I slept and it helped some. Also breathing through a cool damp wash cloth gave me some relief. Sorry your hurting, Molly
[Th...]
Molly: Ooooooo.....good idea about the wash cloth! Thanks.....I'll try it. I do have a humidifier in the bedroom, but benzo-brain either 1) forgets to fill it, or 2) turn it on. Duh. Lee
[On...]
I think any anti-psychotic can cause a withdrawal syndrome/problem too. I sure as heck know mine did. Took me at least a year or two to feel better but even then I can't help but think there was more lasting problems
