Is this normal?

Having a hard time today .. I dunno what is going on but my body just doesn't want to move , I can move on in small sessions today , I'm totally wiped out ... Like I've run a marathon or something ...  I'm losing hope and I haven't even gotten off benzos completely ... Maybe it's the yucky feeling talking but today is just horrible most days I can hold on but today is exceptionally harder .. I'm crying and scared laying on the couch trying my best not to run to the ER , but that's how bad I feel I ache all over since yesterday afternoon ..

 

All vitals are normal , I take them myself .. Ugh why?  I have so far to go and I'm trying my best to stay positive but this feeling today is defeating me 

 

Is it normal to feel this way , I mean seriously by body is still getting V .. Can I still be  going through withdrawls from xanax after like 58 days  or more ..

 

Any insight would be helpful...

 

SX experiencing :  sore muscles mild dizziness,  tired but can't nap, feel weak , on again off again headache back  pain.. To name a few ...

Ya I'm feeling wiped out today also. I had a rigorous workout a few days ago and am still wiped out from it. A lot of lethargy and overwhelming fatigue.

 

It really sucks doesn't it?  But, I'm just riding it out. What can one do? One day this will all be over and we will both be recovered. Hang in there !

Dear Miami,

  I am sorry you feel so ill. You are not alone. Your story is similar to mine. Body aches are very common. I have had them since I started benzo tolerance. I am finished with the X taper for nearly 6 months and now am on my last bit of V. It will get better Miami...we just have to get through this challenge. It is very likely you are having some withdrawal from both benzos...I believe that is why I have had such a hard time too. This will pass...keep moving forward.
