How soon can you begin taking probiotics during withdrawal i need them for ibsc.

I have always taken them. No problems with them.

its like EVERYTHING else, its different for everyone Im afraid...

all you can do is try it and see.... start small and slow..and just see how it goes..

I see people like the previous poster that it never bothers, and others say it bothered them to the point that they couldn't do it yet..

I take probiotic kefir from inner-eco. IBS-C has been one of worst symptoms. Nothing worked until I tried inner-eco. Highly recommend this product. No bad reactions at all.
