Dose: 0.125mg

Tablet dose: 0.5mg (Lorazepam)

Number of tablets: 1/4 tablet

Taper rate: 1%/day

Cylinder details: 100ml glass cylinder with 1ml increments

Each day, make up 100ml of liquid using one whole 0.5mg Lorazepam tablet. Drink just the amount indicated by the schedule. So, on the 11th, drink just 24ml, 23ml on the 12th, etc. By using a whole pill instead of splitting it into rough quarters, you should be more assured of receiving an accurate dose. Of course, since you are making up 100ml batches, you can make a single batch last several days, but I'd not keep a single batch for more than three days.
