Hi Jeff,

 

You will need to decide upon a taper rate. Ask for help for you to determine a good taper rate for you. Most of our members taper about 10% of their dose every 10-14 days when using titration, but some go faster and some slower - your rate should be based upon your own experience with tapering benzos. If you have no experience with tapering, go for something fairly conservative - it can be adjusted later if need be.

 

You will need a measuring cylinder (we recommend 100ml marked with 1ml increments, but we can work with most sizes and increments).

Ordered 100ml cylinders with 1ml incs. today.   Should have by the end of the week.  Would like to taper 10% every 10 days to start.

Taking 15ml of Restoril in capsule form each night.  Would like to start Monday 2-9-09.

And I have read they did just fine with soy/rice milk.
