valium taper and using doxepin

has anyone used doxepin while withdrawl from valium.  i need sleep and am only on 1mg. of valium but at one time i was given doxepin the ambien is not working  i am so desperate today with the anxiety took the 1 mg of valium yhis morning and i think it makes it worst  thanks

Yes I am on doxepin for sleep, 20 mgs.  Side effects for me are primarily fatigue, weakness and grogginess.
