[PE...]
I'm a insomnia veteran first tip. If you haven't slept for a hour or so, get up and do something for awhile because just laying in bed for hours just making you annoyed and angry and that wont get you to sleep. just try to accept the fact that sleeping will be off for awhile. [PE...]
There is alot of tips on sleeping hygiene..cold dark quiet bedroom etc. Don't go to bed if you don't feel you're going to sleep. This is the most common withdrawal symptom and might stick awhile.

I am so scared of not sleeping again. When I was earlier in my withdrawals, I went so long with absolutely No Sleep that I became confused at the time and I had to go to the hospital.
