Bile issues, pale stool, sibo

Hi everyone. I have hydrogen Sibo. Have constipation, pale stools, bad motility, burping a lot, reflux. I’ve tried acid supplements that just burned me. Digestive enzymes made me SO much more bloated. I’m reading how Sibo affects bile release and conjugation. I bought some ox bile supplements. Has anyone tried this while in withdrawal?

Yes these are contraindicated with Sibo. Tried and made much worse

isnt doctor treating it?  i thought it was treatable.
