[Do...] Posted April 29 Share Posted April 29 I am having a few days of really bad allergy wich i normally manage with antihistamin pills (desloratadine) and nasal spray (glucocorticoid). Boil some water on the stove if you don't have a netti pot. Steam your face, breath in the steam. If your not plugged up, use rock salt in the water. It really helps to dry you up.
