[Ma...] Posted April 29 Share Posted April 29 At night it’s common for cortisol to surge, just as it is in the mornings. For me it’s caused body temperature increases, heart palpitations, anxiety, sleep disturbances and more. I recently started taking Integrative Cortisol Manager before sleep and it helps. A lot. I find it extremely relaxing and it has fairly eliminated the surges. It isn’t a sleeping pill, for me at least. You can read reviews on Amazon. I think it’s in the BIC list of supplements that act on gaba receptors . check the label, the first one that came up on amazon did contain ashwaganda. glad it helps you Mary!
