How do you eat healthy when you have anhedonia?

I'm 33 months off klonopin and I've been having some good windows recently where the anhedonia let's up. When the anhedonia let's up I'm able to eat cleaner, because I can actually keep myself busy when I'm enjoying things. When the window ends i find myself eating multiple snacks every hour, again because I can't keep myself focused on anything. Has anyone experienced this? Do you have any tips on how to avoid sugar when the anhedonia is present?
