Looking for hope

I am a year off...I had been abusing benzos mostly xanax as a teen. I'd still tske them on and off as an adult even after I had tapered. I'm nervous I'm screwed. I'd drink on them. Is there anybody else like me? I really need hope right now I can not live this way forever. I'm getting worse as time slowly goes on.

My second taper I was switched to lib btw. Of course this taper was harsher but I'm really struggling.  I know we all are

I'm still tapering from abusing benzos. Currently on 4mg Valium and feeling worse than ever. You're not the only one trust me.
