Low abdominal

I am 19 months off.. besides the horrible squeezing I have in my torso rib area, low back ache and hip pain. I have this really heavy low gut ache feels like I'm going to have my menstrual cycle.   The worst is at night when I try and sleep.  It gives me more anxiety.  Anyone else have this? I'm in agony

yesss I had this symptom.  I am so sorry you are struggling. At 19 months I was still an awful mess. It truly does get better with time. Let time be your healer. I rarely ever get that symptom anymore...and if I do it's so weak and I can easily ignore it. stay strong.
