I have insomnia, hypnic jerks, tight muscles, twitching muscles, blurry vision, and brain sensations that I cannot describe because there are no words that can accurately describe them

Sorry, I thought you were using the translator. 24 months and all my symptoms have disappeared except the insomnia which is still very severe.I am very vulnerable to any stress.Hopefully when I'm 27 months old I can come back and say that I'm cured.

Hello!  27 months ago I came off benzodiazepine abruptly.  CT.  I can say that I now have an idea of what hell is, the underworld.  I was there.  Mostly my symptoms are mental (depression, severe insomnia). Now there are windows of good health.  But, unfortunately, I cannot say about healing.  My depression, insomnia and obsessive thoughts are still tightly attached to me😥
