How Best to Use the Taper Forum

So that fellow members can best support you in devising your taper plan, it is usually better to create a single topic/thread on this forum. This way, other members can scan a single topic to gain a better understanding of your situation, and you will more easily locate and review answers within your single topic.

If you have not posted to your taper topic in some time, it will have slipped down the list. If you experience difficulty in locating it, one of the following methods will usually work for you.

• On the menu bar immediately above the list of topic titles, select:
  • Sort by => Custom => Topics I started => 'Search'
• You can find all the topics you have started via your profile:
  • Profile => 'See my activity' (teal bar) => Forums (Topics)
• Include a link in your 'History' for easy referencing:
  • Profile => Edit Profile (top-right of your profile banner) => edit 'History' field => click 'Save' (bottom-right)

If you still cannot locate your Benzodiazepine Taper Strategies topic, please post to the Helpdesk forum for assistance. You might create a new Taper topic in the interim - you do not not to wait for a response from the team at the Helpdesk - we can later merge the new topic with your earlier one.
