2 years and 6 months, chills

I still have alot of stuff going on,  but I'm getting chills after they'd mostly gone away,  anyone else have these?

Yes, I have chills most days  in the winter and hot flashes most days in the summer. I'm not even close to menopause. It's all benzo crap.
