Need advice on ocd type symptoms

I’ve had these fir a couple years, can anyone advise any therapy that helped. Can’t take meds as make it works. There is a private clinic. near us but mega expensive and think will take a while. Dud try cbt  but didn’t get on very well. Wondered if anyone tried EMDR or anything else. This is ruining my life, it was triggered by anti depressants, whether just have to hope will eventually just go. Any advice please. Have had other ones after flu jab so def med induced I think.

I have OCD and I have to use my rational mind to not act on my irrational thoughts.  It works.

I haven’t got a rational mind. Not helping haven’t slept for 4 nights, no one will prescribe you anything. Mental health provision is non existent over here, looking at therapy as can’t take meds as have bad reaction to them. Think will be unable to have any sort life forever.
