That's the story of a long hauler tho. Been there done that. Okay now what. Sorry I don't say that in downplay it's truly terrifying but then after time ya the numbness sets in. Okay now what... Going for a walk? Go 1 more block! Can’t do laundry? Make 2 piles. Need rest? Sleep but give yourself limits-as in I will take a nap in bed then move to the couch-after I change out of my lounge clothes and open a window… You’ve just gotta keep going.
