Stellate Ganglion Block

I have a question for all of those who have tried a Stellate Ganglion Block during benzodiazepine withdrawal for symptom management. DID IT HELP???? For those of you who are curious a stellate ganglion block is administered as an anesthetic injection into the neck near the bundle of nerves, called the stellate ganglion, that controls a person's sympathetic nervous system. This treatment is meant to block or impede the activity of an overactive or malfunctioning sympathetic nervous system. It is a relatively easy to administer and claims to allow the brain a rest improving sleep and cognition, increasing energy levels, and decreasing anxiety during withdrawal (not specific to benzodiazepines).
