DIM while tapering valium

Does anyone here know of anyone having issues with tapering while on DIM? It's a hormonal supplement. I feel like it threw me into w/d each time I tried it.

Hi sas, Hopefully someone will have some experience for you. I just wanted to say that your reaction might not be specific to DIM. Many find that they will react to new medication or supplements whilst going through WD. Your body and CNS is out of balance and can be sensitive to change. It's always best to introduce things slowly with a small dose to gauge any reaction you may have.
