Really need some hugs. Been over 4 years of this, up to recently never been wonderful but baseline more less been the same. Last couple weeks been hell having constantly changing symptoms every day, getdays like today where go into complete meltdown just cry all day and stay in bed. Then next day can be OK. Actually been eating better than I have in months, so can’t understand  why feel like I’m in acute again, feeling like I’ll never recover. Have been having therapy for family stuff, whether it’s that I don’t know but feel like I’m back to square one.

@[le...]   Sorry you are having a rough time.  Are you still tapering Ambien?   I remember you said you were going to do it rather quickly.   That is probably causing some of your current symptoms.      I am so glad you are able to eat better.   That is always helpful.

Tapering zopiclone, think maybe it’s therapy bring ing some horrible stiff upp.

Tapering zopiclone might be the issue as well. That stuff is as evil as any benzo.
