Yeast

Has anyone had success in treating yeast infections through withdrawal? I have both nystatin as well as clortitmazole but am afraid to take either but need to take something. What if anything has anyone done to treat their infections when going through Taper and withdrawal? It feels like everything I’m prescribed to treat issues cause more issues for us. For example the steroid I was prescribed for migraines sets people back intesnsely. How or what do we do when we do get ill besides diet to get better if all meds set us back?
