@[Gr...], I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to read your Simple Wisdom but I love your username, I find gratitude to be an important component of my recovery.

Physical exercises and meditation make our lives better. I had been working out pretty rigorously without any diet control and uncontrollable binging during studying in school days and never lost any weight. When I joined college and was forced to limit my food to 3 meals at definite time, I lost a lot of weight.
