Magnesium gylcinate? Getting some buzz online

Recommended Posts

I'm hesitant to try any supplements because frankly I've reacted to everything negatively besides vitiman C and Querecetin. However, I've gotten 3 videos in a row about people trying magnesium glycinate for their anxiety and it works wonders. Is this a new trend or does this work?

For the record I have tried magnesium citrate found in the Calm branded products, it works ok, and I take a vitiman c supplement with magnesium ascorbate.  However online it seems that the glycinate version is more bioavailable. Anyone tried it?

It's a good form of magnesium for anxiety and muscle pain. The glycine is also calming. Some people do react badly to magnesium though, so it's best to start low and slow

I took it throughout my entire taper, it's a good form of mag that won't mess up your stomach. I switched to Mag Threonate while doing iontophoresis NAD+. The Glycinate form can help you relax, so it's a good bedtime choice.
