Bone crushing pain

The muscles in my shoulders are literally crushing my bones…anyone else? Ice packs barely do the trick anymore and it’s causing severe migraines. I know everyone says it ends, but how???

I'm sorry you're experiencing such pain.  I'm wondering if it might help to try a heating pad since ice isn't helping?

See how heat does for yiu. It helped me more than ice ever has for pain. Migraines and pain I have heat pads on me and then an ice pack on my neck of chest if I get too hot.

 

Hang in there. The head stuff can be brutal but starts to get better. Any can really make my headaches come on quick and so I just know I can’t tolerate that right now and don’t risk it. One day it will normalize again. I’m sure you’ve slresdy thought about that kind of stuff though.
