How do I taper 4 weeks of Valium.  Each week took 5 mg 5 days of each week.

Off of klonopin 3 months 2 weeks.

Sorry, I forgot to change signature.  I completed klonopin taper 3 months and 2 weeks ago.  Was taking the valium for 4 weeks for severe muscle pain.  I'll update my signature.

When did you start the Valium, was it 4 weeks ago to help you through the Clonazepam withdrawal?  And your dose is 5 mgs, 5 times a week?

How are you feeling now, what was your taper rate with the Klonopin?  I’d suggest going slowly at first until you see how you’re going to react, did the Valium address the muscle pain?  Are you okay with it returning, what will you do if it comes back?

at 5mg a day, it didn't help so don't want to continue.  This wasn't taken during taper.  Taper completed 3.5 months ago.

Do you plan to continue taking it 5 days a week or do you think you should start taking 3.57 mgs a day so you can have a consistent blood serum levels when you begin your taper?
