Fungal infection causing headaches???

Has anyone ever had a fungal infection that caused severe head and neck pain?  I took one dose of Diflucan last Thursday for a bad rash, and since then have had a non-stop headache with some nausea and chills. 

 

Scaring me that I may have fungal infection that has spread!!!
