Pain behind eyes

Has anyone had really bad pain and pressure behind the eyes and not been able to move eyeballs up, down, side to side? Idk if withdrawal or not.

Yes a lot of this thru my taper. Also my eyes but really dried out, well skin mouth nose etc got dry. My eye dr told me to use some preservative free eye drops to help and this helped my eye and face stabbing pain a lot bc it was coming from being super dry from the taper. Hope this can help some, but yes it’s a common symptom in this and very uncomfortable but mine has improved a ton over the last year.

 

Also heating pad on my face helps the pain and pressure some I’ve found. A handful of times I’ve taken half a Tylenol with some toast for extreme migraines. I now don’t tolerate it very well (used to have no issue and I’m sure I’ll have no problems with a Tylenol down the road but for most of taper and now I just use heat and ice to help pain).

Oh, yes. Pressure and stabbing pain have been a real problem. Certainly is withdrawal related!
