Missing my depth

Any highly sensitive person that got their deep intuition and feelings back after benzo hell? I miss my empathic deep self. I had the worst therapists ever

It will come back - I don't think it went anywhere actually, it's just that all the static and turmoil of withdrawal are obscuring it.  I believe you will feel your intuition and feelings again.  It will take time but it will happen.
