Antecipated part of my dose... now what?

I was feeling very bad after the midnight I guess and I took 2.5mg. Then, I took 5mg in the morning for an appointment.

 

I usually take 10mg Valium daily by 14:00. Should I take only 2.5mg by then? What is the best option?

A one-time updose won't hurt you . . . but it's more useful to keep your total daily dosage steady so as not to upset your brain. The brain  likes predictability. If your body/brain is used to getting 14 mgs of valium total in a day, if it were me, I'd try to keep to that amount.

Yes keep daily dose same as mentioned, brain craves predictability in this journey. Take the 2.5mg and then back on regular time tomorrow.
