Clonus and spasms

Hi guys has anyone noticed clonus during their waves? I’ve only recently discovered this word but it’s something I’ve been experiencing from the get go, like a rhythmic trembling or spasm when my foot is at a certain angle or if I’m tired.

Odd query but I’d appreciate feedback
